Sports teams in the CF

Quick question regarding team spots in the CF. I know there are various hockey teams for members but what about Lacrosse teams, or soccer??

No lacrosse...that I'm aware of but you can always play in a Civvie league if you want.   There are various soccer teams from unit, base, regional and CISM

whats the Caliber of hockey in the CF? and i'm assuming its Reg Force right?

I cant really comment on the caliber of the hockey in the Cf but I did hear that playing well is the fastest wasy to get promoted.  ;D ;D

How about soccer & volleyball both beach & indoor?? Is there a try-out or whoever shows up is on the team?

does anyone know if CF supplies hockey equipment ie sticks, shin and pads or do you bring your own?
