Suggestions for PLQ Fitness Prep Training

So if you have PLQ Mod 6, 6 weeks of fun coming up in Wainwright, what would people suggest who took the course what to concentrate on concerning working out, lots of running, no beer, some weight training, lack of sleep training, working when your sleep f_cked!
 
Just finished the all 3VP PLQ Infantryman Mod 6 in Wx.  Long story short PT was a joke.  We were up at 5:30, on the road by 5:35, stretch and go.  The candidates would run the PT.  At the beginning of each week we would submit a memo stating what each course senior was going to do on their day.  It didn't matter much since the staff always told us what to do anyways.  Back to the shacks at 6:05, stretch and shower.  Total waste of time.  In the course critique we recommended to either shut PT down altogether or make it at least long enough to get a descent cardio workout out of it.  Recommendations:  play floor hockey at night, and your good to go.
 
Congrat's on finishing your Mod 6, when's your Leaf come, any suggestions to a reserve cpl, taking the course this summer hopefully, your experience & advice would be appreciated!
