TOS for OT

Hello quick question, I am doing a sub-component transfer. I got a TOS i am not quiet pleased with. I was told the TOS is final and signing is acceptance. I was under the understanding that signing it is just saying I understand it, can the TOS be redressed when I actually complete the transfer or am I stuck with what I was offered?

Signing your TOS is acceptance.  You can redress it later if you'd like, but as with any redress, there is no guarantee that will change anything.
