Tricks for a trade change

Hi, I'd like to know if there is a fast and good way to change trade? i am now a combat engineer, I did my BMQ and my SQ but i'm not qualified yet for my trade (NQ3). I would like to be part of the navy as a boatswain or sonar operator. Is there something that could help or fastened my demand? thanks!
