Actually, she accepted Rogan's request to appear on his show. However, their campaign is so busy and they are extremely happy with the impact it's having, that they had neither the time nor saw the necessity to go out of their way to make it happen. They told Rogan that they'd be happy to give him an hour but he'd have to fly to them; that Harris did not have the time in her campaign schedule to fly to Texas for a 3hr show. Otherwise, they were happy to do it.
People who are in the lead, and who are confident in their lead, stick to their game plan, and don't start throwing around gimmicks (like, oh, I dunno, working at a fast food restaurant, driving a garbage truck, etc) to see what sticks.
Well damn, that’s that surprise ruined. Maya Rudolph’s been doing a pretty good Kamala Harris impression, and having Andy Samberg back playing her husband has been a treat. They brought back an old SNL alum (whose name escapes me) to play an increasingly doddering Biden, and it’s been pretty funny.
I’m sure they’ll play the surprise appearance to full effect.

Offering to talk with Joe Rogan for an hour in Washington isn't accepting to appear on his show. His show is in Austin Texas and it's 3 hours.
Harris could make enough salad to feed an army in 3 hours - there's a snowballs chance in hell her team would let her do his show unscripted like that.
SNL is much safer. Some jokes. A few self-deprecating comments. Some jabs at Trump. No 60-minutes creative editing required.

You denigrate yourself in your words, actions, and choices. Don’t do it for us all to see and you won’t get called out on it.
Neither of those is among the seven states considered to be battlegrounds. If the Selzer Iowa poll is remotely accurate, Trump could be in very bad shape. He should have a fairly commanding lead there. That said, I put very little stock in polling. I’ll wait to see what Wednesday and maybe Thursday reveal.
An upset in just about any reasonably sizeable state heretofore considered safely red could really upset the apple cart on the battleground math.
I fear you’re right. There’s zero chance Trump concedes even a clear loss, and he has enough radicalized sycophants holding out an almost religious faith in a Trump that it could get really ugly, like violent ugly, once reality sets in.

See I'm thinking the opposite. Regardless of who wins there won't be a civilian war. No riots in the streets. No end of days.
During Obamas election there were fears of all the white supremacist losets rising up and being violent.
During Trumps election there was talk of the US turning into Nazi Germany if he got elected.
Trump Vs Biden - Trump losing meant a civil war. Biden winning meant Republicans would get rounded up and so on.
My guess is regardless of who wins, the US will look like the last 4 years. And last 4 years before that.
