Veteran ‘shocked’ after receiving medical records of other military members

What I can't understand if this guy had this information, why didn't he turn in all the info instead of keeping some?

i agree with you, egg nog should be dealt with from a distance.

however being an administrative burden is no laughing matter in the military and can result in an immidiate and unfavorable discharge.

Nothing new here, I have medical records from at least two individuals on my file plus some dental records. 

However, on the positive side, this information can be used to your advantage when fighting a claim, especially if you suspsect that medical records are missing from your file and that they may have been misplaced on someone else's file. Just present the extra documents at any hearing with the arguement that this may have happened to your missing records!!
