They are when you get the stuff free, otherwise most of the stuff is hard to find. Thoes Gortex Boots are brand new, anyother surplus store you pay 129.99 for really used ones.

I have seen gortex boots at a surplus store, yes in used condition for around 40- 50 dollars.
