What did you apply for? I am also waiting. My recruiter said I will know by the end of the month if I made it to the Jan 7th BMOQ or if I have to wait until the next fiscal year.

Go to your nearest Recruiting Center and talk to the recruiter. Some of your questions are things that we cant answer for you. If you want to be an Officer, start making well informed decisions yourself. Walk into that Recruiting Center and ask the Recruiter all these questions. Good Luck :)

There are 15 other BMQ starting January through March, so keep your hopes up people. It may open up eventually.

This is so wrong. You can call North Bay if you apply online, and the recruiter on the phone can give you all the details you need - so you DO have a point of contact; and when the application needs to be processed, they will send it off to the RC.

If I were you, I would call the RC early morning tomorrow, and ask them if you will need to apply online or if you can bring in your application in person.

Where do you live? If in Toronto, you will be told to apply online.
