BHI kit is the absolute worst!  Bought a brand new rucksack and right out of the box the inner liner tore as I was loading it; and received a vest missing 2 belt loops.  You can count on BHI kit alright.....count on it to fail! General opinion of our folks here.....utter junk. Eagle Industires...
