My understanding is if a TF does not deploy, Reservists will be offered Cl B contracts and stay in High Readiness for the period.

Exactly, in TF 0206 the reservists are signed on until aug 06 (class B) and while we are on taskings, etc. (what they call Maintenance of competences), they are all doing courses (PP2B, etc.)

Mustang.... those reservists on TF206 are on Clsss "C" - not "B"
equal work = equal pay.

Yes, my error.
They started off as class B until we were officially CAPOP (february) and then signed on class C until august
