Fitness facilities

I was just wondering are there any fitness facilities or arangements for Army Reservists? What I‘m trying to say is, if you‘re in the Army Reserves is there fitness centre you can take advantage of? Or is that something you do on your own time/resources? :warstory:

It all depends on your location. Many reserve units are located near a reg force base and can take advantage of the facilities there. If not, then there‘s not really much else.

When I was in I was told you get free YMCA membership but I‘m not sure if it was my unit that made that arrangement or if it was a CF thing. You should look into it atleast.

I know that in Toronto, anyone in the military gets free access to the Goodlife fitness centre at Queen/Yonge. I‘m sure there are other places that offer this all over the country. Someone at your unit should know.
