Local CFRC closed. Risk of application being frozen?

Hello,

I recently completed my medical/physical at my local CFRC in Moncton on August 12th. Upon completion of said medical, the medical officer handed me several medical forms to be filled out by my doctor and optometrist. The officer also indicated that I should contact my local CFRC within 30 days just to make sure that my application doesn't "freeze" or become inactive.

I have all of the medical forms completed and signed by my doctors. I have tried calling my local CFRC for the past two days without any luck, only to find out that they are closed this week. I then figured I could call the CFRC in Fredericton (since they will be processing my medical forms), but they too are closed this week.

It has been exactly 30 days since my medical. Will my application become inactive? If so, how does one go about activating it once again? Is there a number I could call to ensure that this does not happen?

Any feedback is appreciated.

Good day,

Follow the link that I have provided below and send an email to the "inquire about your online application" link on that page explaining your circumstances. Ensure that you include your application number in the email that you send.

http://www.forces.ca/en/page/contactus-73

Additionally if you look up your local recruiting center on the forces.ca website at http://www.forces.ca/en/centres/findarecruiter-110 it will display the hours of operation and give notification of days that they are closed.
