WTF is that suppose to mean?  Are you bemoaning the fact that a CF unit has had a CoC parade or are bitching and complaining, again, that no one is paying attention to your precious CT?

I think it means we are poking fun at something that is quite common in the Army...that the requirements of the "whole" take priority over the "individual" and that we are doing something that even Gen. Lew MacKenzie has said on national TV that Canadian Soldiers are quite skilled at.

"bitching about our higher HQ".

He also mentioned that we ALSO are excellent at S'ingTFU and getting on with it when its time to stop bitching.  ;D
