Hello so a little back story I got married this summer and would now like to change my last name to my husbands, I'm done all my application just waiting for an offer can changing my name cause my application to be affected. Thank tou

Without more information it's hard to give a clear cut answer.

When did all your paperwork where you already married and you're now just wanting to change names?  Or is it that your marital status has changed since you did your application?

In that case it will be simple.  Just provide documentation to your File Manager showing the name change and your file can be updated accordingly.
