That is the beast. Can you come up with actual name of the vehicle? Otherwise, that is ok if you can't, you are up to post an entry.

Damn that was quick :salute: Yes, I believe they are the laser illuminating sensors for the Shtora-1 anti missile system. The "eyes" are the systems missile jammers.
