NCO recruitment plan

I'm wondering if anyone know's  the status of the recruiting program (NCO's) that allowed you to go to school and be subsidized? I think the focus was strictly on technical training.  My apologies, I forget the name of the program. I have seached this site and can't find it (doesn't mean it's not here!)

NCM SEP is alive and well.  Files are normally due at CFRG HQ in May of each year.  Marine Engineering Technician Training Plan (METTP) and Naval Combat Systems Technician Training Plan (NCSTTP) are the other two subsidized NCM plans.  Visit the CFRC/D or website for more information.
