For those who are interested I was at a company in Toronto earlier to day who make tactical gear.

Amoung the many police equipment goodies they have I saw a rather jammie looking relish pattern (CADPAT) LBV.

This is the company link:

http://www.roguedsi.com/

( I am not in any way assocciated with this company, nor do I advertise for them. The kit just looked cool and handy as ****!)

http://www.sealsactiongear.com also makes some good looking stuff

Looking at that second site I now know where I will be buying my kit from if some of mine goes missing ie. pants.

Watch out for seals action gear. I dealt with them before and was not entirely satisfied, mostly due to the fact that they did not use authentic CADPAT as promised. See this thread.

thanks for the heads up on that Infanteer

for the vest you got, did you try to get a refund? since the guy did falsly advertise what he was selling an was sh****y quality

No, I still got it. I‘ll sell it if anyone is interested. I can send you a photo as well. My buddy has one and uses it in the field, so it ain‘t **** quality...just wasn‘t what I thought I was paying for.

no company can legally sell OFFICIAL CADPAT...
the pattern is trademarked and registered by the govt

Except for http://www.canadianpeacekeeper.com/

But the fake/real cadpat issue has already been done over too many time on this site...

The real stuff has some secret squirrel anti-UV coating or something on it, though, whereas the commercial stuff doesn‘t. Or so the story goes.

If you would have looked up sites mentioned in this thread, you would have seen that CADPAT is licensed to certain vendors.

Dropzone in Edmonton sells a recce smock that is supposed to be quite the gucci piece of kit.

Infanteer, I might know a few people that would be interested in the vest, if your serouis about selling it, PM me about it.
