Time from Medical Exam sent to Ottawa to Competition List

Typically how long does it take to get results from your medical exam? The medical staff said it should be 2-3 weeks, but when I called the recruitment centre to confirm they received the extra information letters, they said I should get results in 3 weeks - 3 Months? Do I have still have a chance to get an offer before School starts in September? (Applying through Marine Technician NCMSTEP) Still have to do the background check and the Interview, which can’t be booked until I receive the green light from the RMO.

yeah this is roughly where I have been stuck for the last 3 months, the 'Final Processing' stage just after my Medical/Interview stage according to the Application Portal.

I did my initial medical Nov 2023, RMO approved March 2024.

At first medical approval by RMO your local Armed Forces Recruiting center. Then your file goes to Ottowa for final approval. When finally approved, your online application portal sees no (5) Medical/ Interview completed (green colour with tick mark)
In my case after 2 weeks of Medical fit by RMO but after nothing.

Yep, that's pretty typical.

Just follow up with your recruiting center every few weeks. I got my offer in June, so that makes 4 months between medical approval and offer.

It will be longer if you are waiting for pre sec still. I am a Canadian Citizen so it was quick for me.

2 weeks is nothing, I wouldn't stress about it.
