War Crimes Tribunal Conviction Overturned

I have not posted here in a long time, but would love to know thoughts on this.

I find this sad, very sad.

Vesna Skare Ozbolt, former legal adviser of late President Tudjman, called the verdict "a victory of justice."

Or it is an admission of fact that all parties involved were just as guilty and to try one and not the others was a larger injustice.

I would prefer they try all instead.

It is the qoute that there was no ethnic cleansing that upsets me.

Anyone that was there knows this not to be the truth.

And to think I wanted to visit there again after a 20 year hiatus...might rethink where I'm spending my tourist dollars/Kuna now.

I had the same thoughts.  My sister goes there every second year, and it is one of the reasons I no longer speak to her.
