Close Protection Application

I'm interested in applying for CP at the beginning of next year, but the only thing is, the latest CANFORGEN isn't out yet, which tells the dates of the application cutoff for the next CP selection course. My question is: Does anyone know if I can still apply for the next CP selection course without the new CANFORGEN being released? Or do I have to wait? Tried calling my BPSO but I'm currently freezing my bag off in Kabul, which makes coordinating phone calls fairly hard. Cheers.

There has to be a CANFORGEN detailing when the next selection period is.  It could be next month, it could be next year.
