RMS Clerks in Afghanistan

This is a bit similar to my last post but, what are the odds of being posted to some place like Afghanistan if I am an RMS Clerk ? At what point in your career would you be sent? I also have a young child, would this matter ? Also, if posted to Afghanistan what types of duties would an RMS clerk perform ??
