Nope. They’re in no way shape or form remotely the same. I have serious issues with Pierre, but they aren’t even in the same circus, never mind the same tent.
That’s the mistake that some PP detractors make. The similarities between PP and Trump are no different than Trump and JT. In fact JT and Trump are more alike than PP is.

However, it appears to work for the millions that make up half of the US voting population. Including billion and millionaires that own/operate large corporations.
It hasn’t translated into any electoral wins since 2016 though.
